The Tesla boss reacted to the AI-generated image of a traditional Indian groom posing in a sherwani. These photos were originally posted by Rolling Canvas Presentations, a Mumbai and Sydney based wedding photography house. The AI generated image shows Elon Musk in various desi wedding attire, including one mounted on a horse. Musk commented that he liked it, with a tricolor emoji in reply.

It is no secret that the new overlord of Twitter has been forging close ties with the current regime in India for some time now. The boss of Tesla, the world’s biggest EV maker, is exploring new avenues across Asia for his gigafactory. Even as China has been relegated to the backburner, India with its vast infrastructure and cheap talent seems just a place away. During a recent interview with WSJ, Musk agreed that India is an absolutely interesting place besides Mexico.
