Niall Horan spilled some exciting details about the recent activities of One Direction’s group chat. The news comes amid questions about whether One Direction will ever reunite. Niall Horan talks about One Direction
In an interview with E! News, after the live finale of The Voice season 23, Niall Horan opened up about his former band One Direction’s group chat. He said, “We have had three or four group chats. Some of them have been more quiet than others. This new one is definitely the loudest, and it’s doing great. I am sure if I looked at my phone in a few minutes I would have seen some messages.
Although the former boy band have reunited over text conversations, Niall Horan has made it clear that fans won’t be hearing Zayn Malik, Harry Styles or Louis Tomlinson on his upcoming album ‘The Show’. When asked if his upcoming album would feature any of his former bandmates, Niall replied, “No, now that’s a straight and easy answer.”
However, Niall Horan is more open to the idea of performing The Voice season 23 mentee Gina Miles on tour with the album. Horan said that although some things would need to be changed in the background, he would love to have Gina live during some of his shows. He said, “I guess no one was listening, but this girl… you know a talent when you hear it. And this girl’s got it. So yeah, there’s no reason not to That he should not speak openly for me at any time.
Earlier, during a Variety interview, Niall was asked whether One Direction put extra pressure on his solo career, to which he replied in the negative. Horan said that there is a bond that cannot be broken and that they will always have each other’s back.
