New Delhi: Varun Dhawan set the stage on fire at the prestigious IIFA Rocks 2023 with his power-packed performance and killer dance moves. The actor performed on several peppy Bollywood tracks on stage and left the audience spellbound. A video of Varun’s performance from the IIFA main night has surfaced on the internet and is now going viral. The video features him sharing the stage with Moroccan beauty and dancing diva Nora Fatehi, in which both shake a leg and dance to the song ‘Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham’ from the film ‘Street Dancer 3D’, Shava Shava and her song ‘Garmi’. However, this video shared on Reddit on Sunday has drawn mixed reactions from people. The audience was apparently not too pleased with Varun and Nora’s stage performance at IIFA 2023 and expressed their disappointment over the same. One user asked, “These two are great dancers…and they got away with it?”

Another user wrote, “Who thought this was a good idea? Who approved it? How did it get past all those stages of quality control and manage to reach the stage and now, our eyes? I got to speak to the manager.” Need to do. A manager. Anyone!!!”

Talking about the work front, Varun Dhawan was last seen in ‘Bhediya’. The horror-comedy was set in the jungles of Arunachal. It tells the story of Bhaskar, who is bitten by a wolf and begins to transform into a creature.

He will next be seen in ‘Bawal’ opposite Janhvi Kapoor. ‘Bawal’ is touted to be a timeless love story that will see Varun and Janhvi’s characters travel across multiple countries. Helmed by Nitesh Tiwari, the film is all set to hit the theaters on October 6, 2023.
