Udaipur, Rajasthan: A disturbing case of rape has come to light in Hiran Magri police area. A minor boy sexually assaulted his 15-year-old friend with the help of his own sister. Further, the boy recorded a video of the act and shared it on a social media group affiliated with his school. When the victim’s school friends found the video and showed it to her, she was shocked. The victim immediately informed the principal about the incident and requested to remove the video. The school principal called the girl’s family and informed them about the situation. Following this, the family lodged a complaint against the minor siblings at the Hiran Magri police station.
Police registered a case under POCSO and IT Act
The police have registered a case under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses (POCSO) Act and the IT Act. On Tuesday, the victim’s statement will be recorded in front of the judge in the court. After this, action will be taken against the accused siblings.

Forced to send nude video
Station in-charge Ramsumer Meena told that the incident happened 10 months back in August 2022. However, the explicit video recently went viral on social media. According to the victim’s family, she studies in a private school and is in 10th standard. Coincidentally, her friend also studies in the same school.
Both the girls used to attend the same tuition class, where Saheli’s brother also studied. During the conversation, the victim’s brother became friends with her friend’s brother. In August last year, the friend’s brother called the victim and demanded that she send him a nude video. When she refused, he pressurized her by threatening to circulate objectionable videos involving her through her sister. Bowing to the pressure, the victim sent the video. Thereafter, the friend’s brother confined her in a room where he sexually assaulted her and recorded another video of the act. He later circulated this video, which went viral.
