Mumbai Police has detained two persons on suspicion of robbery at Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty’s Juhu residence in Mumbai. Valuables were allegedly stolen from Shilpa’s house last week, an official said, according to PTI. The report further states that the theft took place at his plush residence in Juhu and a case was registered at the nearest police station. Investigation has been started by the police and now they have arrested two people in connection with the case. It is being told that his interrogation is going on in the police station.
The actress is currently holidaying in Italy with her family. She celebrated her birthday on June 8 in the European nation and also shared pictures from the celebration on social media.
This isn’t the first time we’ve heard of burglaries at celebrities’ homes. In May, jewelery was stolen from Salman Khan’s sister Arpita Khan’s house. Reportedly, her domestic help ran away with jewelry worth around Rs 5 lakh. Later the police caught the accused in Thane.
