watch the live-action adaptation Rachel Ziegler plays the iconic Disney princess. The first glimpse, obtained by The Daily Mail, shows Ziegler in a classic blue and yellow outfit with a red cape around her neck, but what caught fans’ attention was another photo that allegedly shows Snow White’s 7 Companions were visible.
According to the report, a source close to the ongoing project said, “The seven creatures will be like trolls.” frozen, or JRR Tolkien’s The Hobbits. He will have two legs, two arms and a face, eyes, a nose and a mouth.”
The insider continued, “But doesn’t actually have to be human. These characters will go through the CGI process in post-production.”
Reason for change in original story
The primary influence behind Disney’s decision to replace dwarves with magical creatures was largely attributed to Peter Dinklage, the star of Game of Thrones. Last year, he had expressed his opposition to the “backward” story of “Seven Dwarfs who lived in a cave”.
Peter Dinklage said on Mar Maron’s WTF podcast, “I was a little surprised when they (Disney) were so proud to cast a Latina actress as Snow White, but you still see Snow White and the Telling the story of the Seven Dwarfs.”
The Game of Thrones actor said, “It doesn’t make any sense to me. You’re kind of progressive and you’re still making up that backward story about seven dwarfs living in a cave, what are you doing?” Buddy ?”
Dinklage said, “Have I done nothing to move the issue out of my soapbox? I guess I haven’t been loud enough.”

Under the direction of Marc Webb, the upcoming film will be based on the story and music of the 1937 version, including new songs by acclaimed songwriters Benj Pasek and Justin Paul. In this adaptation, Gal Gadot plays the villainous Evil Queen, who will pose a threat to Snow White.
