Jaipur: More than Rs 2.31 crore in cash and one kg of gold have been recovered from a locked cupboard in the basement of Yojana Bhavan. According to officials, seven employees who had access to the basement of Yojana Bhawan have been detained for questioning. The trolley suitcase kept in the cupboard contained Rs 2,000 and Rs 500 notes, police said, adding that the recovery took place on a day when the RBI withdrew Rs 2,000 notes from circulation.
