OMG 2 teaser: Akshay Kumar turns Lord Shiva and comes to Pankaj Tripathi’s rescue

After getting the audience excited for OMG 2 with the teaser poster, Akshay Kumar has finally released the much-awaited teaser of the film just a month before its release and it is definitely worth the wait!

The sequel to the cult-classic OMG! Oh My God stars Akshay Kumar, Pankaj Tripathi and Yami Gautam in lead roles. After playing Lord Krishna in the first part, the star will be seen in Shiva’s avatar in the film.

The sequel will obviously focus on a social issue while the first film examines the idea of ​​faith and religion. The previous film starred Paresh Rawal and Mithun Chakraborty, however the sequel has a new story and new characters played by Yami Gautam and Pankaj Tripathi. The legendary character of Lord Ram will once again be portrayed by Arun Kovil, who played the role of Ram in Ramanand Sagar’s TV series Ramayan.

The film will compete with Sunny Deol’s Gadar 2 at the box office. Even Ranbir Kapoor’s Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s film Animal was originally scheduled to release on the same day. Due to the ongoing VFX work, the release date was later changed to December by the makers. OMG 2 will be released in theaters on August 11.
