Patna: Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar said on Saturday that there is no need for a new Parliament building, amid calls from the opposition to boycott the inauguration of the new Parliament House. Kumar expressed disappointment over not inviting President Draupadi and Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar, who is also the Rajya Sabha chairman, to the ceremony.
