Kim Cattrall to reprise her Sex and the City role in And Just Like That cameo

And just like that — Kim Cattrall’s Samantha is set to return. As per multiple reports, the actress will be seen in Sex And The City spinoff And Just Like That. It will be a brief cameo.

Kim Cattrall will once again play the iconic Samantha Jones. The news comes as a shock as Cattrall previously declined to join the rest of the cast – Sarah Jessica Parker, Kristin Davis and Cynthia Nixon – in And Just Like That.

Reports suggest that Cattrall filmed for his cameo in New York City in March. She did not meet her Sex and the City co-stars. It is learned that his role will be limited to a phone call with Carrie Bradshaw after Samantha moves to London.

For now, it looks like Cattrall who was last seen in About My Father has no plans to continue her stint as Samantha. However, it will be interesting to see what this scene means for the series.
