Kartik Aaryan of Satyaprem Ki Katha was spotted traveling in economy class on a flight

It is not every day that we see Bollywood celebrities skipping the plush business class and going for economy class in an aeroplane. Getting a chance to travel with celebrities and see them up close is a unique experience. Recently, several actors like Deepika Padukone, Aamir Khan, Vicky Kaushal, Katrina Kaif, Vijay Deverakonda and Ananya Panday were spotted traveling in economy class on their respective flights, videos of which instantly went viral. The latest name to join the list is actor Kartik Aaryan, who was recently spotted in economy class on an Indigo flight.

While the passengers were surprised and so were their fans on social media, many also thought that it was a publicity stunt for their upcoming film Satyaprem Ki Katha.

A video of Karthik’s flight has been shared on social media and it is going viral.

In the video, the actor can be seen walking on the flight to find his seat, before he is finally seated near the window. He was wearing a light blue shirt with blue jeans. While he was not accompanied by his Satyaprem Ki Katha co-star Kiara Advani, the actress was also seen arriving at the Mumbai airport after possibly traveling on a different flight.

The video was shared by a fan page with the caption, “Seeing Kartik Aaryan in economy class is proof of the humble nature of this superstar.”

Reacting to the video, a user wrote, “This is the new trend of promoting films!”

Another user said, “Probably too polite during promotion.”

After all, he is also a citizen,” commented a third user.

The fourth comment said, “Celebrities in India want to lead a normal life like other people but the media does not allow them to do so.”

This is not the first time that the actor has been spotted traveling in economy class. Last year, Kartik Aaryan was seen traveling in economy class, where he not only greeted people but also interacted with some of them. In a video, he was also seen enjoying instant noodles.

Kartik Aaryan, who was last seen in Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, is now gearing up to reunite with Kiara Advani in Sameer Vidwan’s Satyaprem Ki Katha. The film also stars Gajraj Rao and Supriya Pathak and will hit the theaters on June 29.
