Family Background: From Sarpanch to Thanedar
Born to Maniram Bishnoi, a lawyer, and Sushila Bishnoi, who works as a thanedar (station house officer) in Ajmer, Pari comes from a family with a strong background in public service. His father has been the sarpanch (village head) of his village for four consecutive terms. Pari received her primary education at St. Mary’s Convent School in Ajmer, before pursuing further studies in Delhi.

Higher education and UPSC preparation
After completing her schooling, Pari moved to Delhi, where she obtained her bachelor’s degree from the University of Delhi. It was during her graduation that Pari started her journey of preparing for the Civil Services Examination. After completing her graduation, Pari pursued a master’s degree in Political Science from MDS University in Ajmer.

Pari had been preparing for the Civil Services Examination for a long time. During this he also passed the National Eligibility Test (NET) Junior Research Fellowship (JRF). Facing the rigors of UPSC exam preparation, Pari remained focused and determined towards her goal of becoming an IAS officer. Finally, in 2019, after her third attempt, Pari not only cleared the challenging exam but also secured an impressive 30th rank.
