As per reports, The competition was to start on 8 June in the city of Gothenburg. This claim has also been carried by other mainstream media outlets and various social media channels. The Swedish Sports Federation, however, ruled out the possibility of such an event.

Sex is not accepted as a sport in Sweden, and the “Sex Federation” is not an affiliated member of the Swedish Sports Confederation.
