The “adjacent areas” mentioned by the IMD include Hastinapur, Chandpur, Meerut, Kithore, Amroha, Moradabad, Garhmukteshwar, Rampur, Pilkhua, Hapur, Gulouti, Sambhal, Bilari, Milak, Chandausi, Jahangirabad, Anupshahr, Bahjoi, Shikarpur, Debai, Narora Are. , Sahaswan, Kasganj (U.P.).
Delhi’s air quality index (AQI) at 12.30 pm was 132, which falls in the “moderate” category, according to SAFAR. An AQI from 0 to 50 is considered “good”, 51 to 100 “satisfactory”, 101 to 200 “moderate”, 201 to 300 “poor”, 301 to 400 “very poor”, and 401 to 500 “very poor”. . as in “serious”
Earlier, the Regional Weather Forecasting Center (RWFC) in New Delhi also predicted a storm with moderate intensity rains in parts of Uttar Pradesh.
