The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and Elevendi announced that the theme for the upcoming Singapore Fintech Festival (SFF) 2023 will be ‘Applications of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Financial Services’.
Held from 15 to 17 November at the Singapore Expo, SFF 2023 is organized by MAS and Elevandi in partnership with Constellar and in association with the Association of Banks in Singapore.

SFF 2023 will examine how AI and technologies such as Web3 and digital public goods can help accelerate the transition to a low-carbon future and the financial system to better meet the needs of the underserved can re-imagine the structure of
There will also be a focus on securing the digital economy against modern climate, technology and cyber risks.
In partnership with National University of Singapore Asia Institute for Digital Finance, ChatGPT and AI in Finance certificate program will be launched for SFF pass-holders.
This will include self-paced online classes and the festival will feature exclusive industry talks by industry stalwarts.
Here is a glimpse of this festival

SFF will begin on 13 November with the Capital Meets Policy Dialogue, an Asia-Pacific chapter that will bring together policy makers, regulators and investors.
Elavendi will host the Africa chapter of the dialogue in Rwanda in June 2023 and the European chapter in Switzerland.
This will be followed by the Asia-Pacific Flagship Dialogue at SFF 2023, which will focus on policy and regulatory priorities as well as key areas of AI investment.
In addition, the annual Innovation Lab Crawl will also take place on 13 and 14 November. It will give attendees the opportunity to step inside innovation labs and see the latest and upcoming projects and innovations in the fintech industry.
Plus, the Elevendi Insights Forum, taking place from November 13 to 14, will host deep-dive roundtables with public and private sector organizations.
The Forum aims to address the challenges facing digital finance, from friction in cross-border data flows to varying maturity in digital infrastructure.
Last year’s Forum published nine reports based on 22 roundtables led by public sector organizations such as the Asian Development Bank, the BIS Innovation Hub, the International Finance Corporation and the International Monetary Fund.
Breakdown of SFF 2023
SFF 2023 will be divided into five thematic areas, with each area hosting in-depth conversations and educational workshops, and showcasing innovative solutions.

The festival will then conclude with the SFF Global Fintech Awards Gala event on 16 November.
