Special Ops: Lioness premieres on Paramount+ on July 23, 2023, to the delight of fans around the world. The series synopsis reads, “Special Ops: Lioness, inspired by the US military program, follows the life of Joe as he attempts to balance his personal and professional life while spearheading the CIA’s war on terror.” It further continues, “The Lioness program assigns a sea raider to work secretly with Joe among the power brokers of state terrorism in the CIA’s efforts to thwart the next 9/11.”
