Mamta Banerjee will withdraw from the swearing in of the Chief Minister of Karnataka
West Bengal CM and TMC supremo Mamata Banerjee will not attend Siddaramaiah’s swearing-in ceremony. News agency PTI quoted a TMC leader as saying that they have sent TMC leader Kakoli Ghosh Dastidar to represent them at the event.

LDF criticizes Congress for not inviting Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan
Kerala’s ruling Left Democratic Front (LDF) on Friday criticized the Congress for not inviting Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan to the swearing-in ceremony of Siddaramaiah as the Chief Minister of Karnataka. Said that this shows the immature politics and weakness of the Congress. MK Stalin, Tamil Nadu CM and others have been invited and will attend the event in Bengaluru on May 20.

News agency ANI quoted sources as saying that Bihar CM Nitish Kumar, Deputy CM Tejashwi Yadav, Jharkhand CM Hemant Soren, Telangana CM K Chandrasekhar Rao and West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee are among those invited to the swearing-in ceremony. Other opposition parties and leaders such as CPI(M) general secretary Sitaram Yechury, Shiv Sena-UBT chief Uddhav Thackeray, Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) supremo Sharad Pawar. Invitations have also been sent to Jammu and Kashmir National Conference chief Farooq Abdullah, Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav and Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik.
Members of the Gandhi family – Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi Vadra will also attend the event. CMs of Congress-ruled states, such as Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu of Himachal, Ashok Gehlot of Rajasthan and Bhupesh Baghel of Chhattisgarh will also be there.
The ruling Left Democratic Front (LDF) on Friday criticized the Congress for not inviting Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan to the swearing-in ceremony of Siddaramaiah as Karnataka Chief Minister, saying the move reflects the old party’s immature politics and weakness. it shows.
LDF convenor EP Jayarajan said the Congress’s move proved that it could not fulfill the mission of bringing together secular democratic forces of the country against the “fascist” politics of the BJP.
