He captioned it, “29 years ago I played the nicest, nicest guy in the world who just wanted to spread love, and now, 29 years later, I’m playing the worst guy in the world who Spreads chaos and war… I feel so lucky to have had the opportunity to play these wonderful roles! From 1942 A Love Story to The Night Manager, I’ve certainly come a long way!”

More on 1942: A Love Story
Set during the fall of the British Raj in 1942, 1942: A Love Story follows the love story of Narendra and Rajeshwari amid political unrest. Narendra’s father betrays Rajeshwari’s revolutionary father, leading to his death. Rajeshwari joins the cause, while Narendra also becomes a revolutionary. He attempts to kill a British general but is sentenced to death by hanging.
With Shubhankar’s help and Major Bisht’s change of heart, they defeat the loyalists and seek revenge. The film ends with the hero raising the Indian flag, symbolizing his victory.
Anil Kapoor’s Projects
Anil Kapoor has two upcoming projects in the pipeline. Along with the film Fighter, he will star in Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Animal alongside Ranbir Kapoor, Rashmika Mandanna and Bobby Deol. Fans can look forward to the release of Animal in August this year.
