Prior to the raise, XBorg collected interest from over 8,300 investors in soft commitments totaling $7M, but decided to limit the community allocation to $2M and retain the remaining $3M for lead VCs, leaving a total of $5M. Seed round has ended. The $XBG token, which is expected to launch in late 2023, is now at a $50m valuation.
