On 25 June, Rina Swayama called out her Dirty Hits labelmate Matty Healy in between sets at the 2023 Glastonbury Festival in England. Before introducing her song ‘STFU’, the singer seems to have hinted that the song was written for her labelmate Healy. He didn’t tell her name. Reena said, “I wrote this next song because I was fed up with these microaggressions. So tonight, it goes to a white guy who watches ‘Ghetto Gaggers’ and makes fun of Asians on a podcast. Expressing her anger, Reena said, “He is also the master of my masters. I’ve had enough!”

Even though she didn’t name Healy, fans quickly realized that Riina was referring to the frontman’s controversial 1975 appearance on The Adam Friedland Show in February.

For those unaware, Mattie Healy was seen laughing and not commenting on a conversation between podcast co-hosts Adam Friedland and Nick Mullen, who called Ice Spice an “Inuit Spice Girl” and a “chubby Chinese woman”. .
