New Delhi: Sonali Sehgal, the new bride in town, shared new pictures from her mehendi ceremony on Monday. Sonali treated fans with new pictures from her wedding diaries on Instagram.
In the pictures, Sonal can be seen wearing a mustard kurta with mirrorwork and red-toned palazzo pants and a contrasting dupatta. She kept her hair open and wore a maang tikka to compliment the occasion.
On the other hand, the twin groom along with Sonali wore a red embroidered kurta and white pajama. Sharing the pictures, he wrote, “Mehndi ki Mehndi.”
Sonali and Ashish L Sajnani exchanged vows on June 7 at a gurudwara in Mumbai’s Santacruz West. They opted for a day wedding. Sonali wore a pastel pink saree for this special day. She accessorised her bridal look with pink chuda, silver kalira and silver diamond jewellery.
Ashesh was wearing an off-white sherwani. She paired her outfit with a pink turban. Sharing the first official pictures from the wedding, Sonali wrote on Instagram, “Patience and Shukar.”
Several Bollywood celebrities attended the wedding including Kartik Aaryan, Sunny Singh, director Luv Ranjan, Shama Sikander, Mandira Bedi and Raai Laxmi. Sonali and Ashish were dating each other for a long time. The two had never spoken about each other before the wedding news broke.
Sonali rose to fame in 2011 with her role in Luv Ranjan’s ‘Pyaar Ka Punchnama’. Before entering the film industry, she was a ramp model and also participated in the Miss India Worldwide contest. After appearing in ‘Pyaar Ka Punchnama’, she was seen in several films like ‘High Jack’, ‘Ishq Da Rog’ and ‘Jai Mummy Di’.
